Design, Development and Characterization of Nanoemulsion developed by High Pressure Homogenization (HPH) method Containing Antifungal Drug

Nanoemulsion is one the most attractive drug delivery for researchers to treat fungal diseases and getting interested in increasing solubility of low soluble drugs. The objective this research was develop a topical nanoemulsion formulation Posaconazole with intention enhance its aqueous local action. By employing High Pressure Homogenization (HPH) method, oil water formulated 0.2% cinnamon as lipid phase, 0.4% tween-80 poloxamer-188 surfactants, transcutol co-surfactant. physical characteristics formulations were found be stable after thermodynamic stability testing. In-vitro diffusion study optimized performed using dialysis bag membrane cumulative % release determined. Viscosity percent content observed 0.0593 cps 90.21 ± 0.23% respectively. (F8) evaluated transparent thermodynamically stable, -9.46 zeta potential, 78.79 nm particle size, 0.315 polydispersity index. 3 month three different temperature conditions. result from indicative improved Posaconazole, which may serve boost up action treatment diseases.
